The NADR company objectives.

• To spread the Concepts and Practice of ADR, to a cross-section of industry, professionals (both legal and non-legal), educational institutions and the public in general in order to ensure that the various forms of ADR become the primary mechanism for dispute resolution.

• To assist and advise governments and other institutions on the introduction of legislation to better facilitate the adoption and use of ADR mechanisms.

• To forge a new spirit of co-operation and confidence between the providers of Dispute Resolution Services and members of the community.

• To create and provide a wide range of cost effective Alternative Dispute Resolution services ranging from adjudication, arbitration and conciliatory project review boards through to mediation, to society.

• To recruit ADR specialists old and new from the global community to participate in the provision of the above stated Alternative Dispute Resolution services and to make their services available to commerce though the promulgation of lists and by providing appointing services as appropriate.

• The maintenance of a strictly enforced barrier between the provision of ADR services and legal advice guaranteeing a total absence of conflicts of interest.
