• To enable those engaged globally in domestic and international relationships to achieve the optimum climate of goods relations, by facilitating the settlement of differences between partners through the establishment of and provision of an internationally homogenous, wide and comprehensive range of dispute resolution services, grounded on the highest ethical standards which guarantee impartiality and fairness, by synthesizing the best practices in Dispute Resolution from around the world, and which are tailored to the specific purposes of the various aspects of society, industry and commerce, whilst bridging the cultural and jurisdictional barriers which traditionally separate and divide them, at a price compatible with social and commercial needs, within a prompt and appropriate time frame.
